The staff was nice before the rent of the car. When I was picking up the car, we checked the car at the day of pick up, but we (myself and the guy from the company) missed to check the windows. Convenently, with all my care for the car, there was a damage on the window that could only be seen from the outside. Since we did not check at the pick up, there was no way to prove that that damage was caused by me, but they \checked\ in a database and confirmed that the damage was caused by me... So I had to pay for the damage. It took 1 complete month for them to make the assessment and unlock the money for me. During this time the money from the caution was frozen. During this time, they changed their tone from nice to really arrogant and really bad attitude. Worst experience ever, I would not recommend at all this company!

S vozidlom som bol spokojny, auto bolo ciste a v dobrom technickom stave. Poplatky trochu vyssie, ale servis v pohode. Aj nabuduce ;)

Som veľmi spokojný so službami už druhý rok a stále ich využívam. Jednoznačne sa nemusím báť povedať že som našiel firmu, ktorá má vždy informuje keď sa niečo mení alebo treba niečo uhrádzať. Bezproblémová komunikácia a ľudová dohoda je vždy samozrejmosťou. Ďakujem a dúfam ze to tu takto znovu napíšem o ďalšie 2 roky

Dopo aver noleggiato un auto nella sede di Bratislava, a causa di un incidente, mi hanno accompagnato nella più vicina Banska Bystrica dove immediatamente hanno sostituito l auto incidentata con questa fantastica audi. Anche qui personale altamente qualificato e di una gentilezza mai vista. Si sono confermati il top nel settore. Grazie ancora.
