Centrum lepšej regulácie (CLR) je špecializovaný analytický odbor zriadený v rámci agentúry Slovak Business Agency. Bolo vytvorené v nadväznosti na plnenie cieľov, ktoré predpokladá iniciatíva Európskej únie na podporu malého a stredného podnikania s názvom Small Business Act. CLR je tvorené tímom odborníkov z oblasti legislatívy a merania dopadov regulácií na podnikateľské prostredie (tzv. Business Impact Assessment). Komunikuje s orgánmi štátnej správy zúčastnenými na legislatívnom procese a spolupracuje s viacerými podnikateľskými organizáciami, ktoré presadzujú záujmy malých a stredných podnikov na slovenskom trhu. Better Regulation Center (BRC) is a specialized analytical unit operating within the Slovak Business Agency. It was established with the aim of fulfilling the objectives laid out in an EU initiative for supporting small and medium enterprises – the Small Business Act. BRC comprises a team of specialists in the fields of legislation and business impact assessment. It communicates with ministries and public agencies partaking in the legislative process and cooperates with numerous business organizations which promote the interests of small and medium enterprises in Slovakia.
