One of the best escape rooms in Slovakia. Worth trying!

While i was enjoying holidays in beautiful city of Bratislava my Slovak friends took me to this escape room. The escape room itself didnt look bad at all but the guy leading the game was awful... I could not understand his English, he had terrible eastern-European accent and my friends say that his Slovak was not much better. Maybe i would enjoy it if someone other led the game :/

Biggest disappointment ever! We were absolutely disappointed of Asylum. Of the almost 50 rooms played, this one was absolutely the worst! We played this room because we read a lot of good reviews, which we absolutely cannot understand. First off, it's absolutely not scary. And I can say that because I am really a easily scary person. I am normally scared of my own shadow. But NOTHING in the Asylum! It wasn't exciting either, and the puzzles were absolutely bad! While we were playing, we came up with even better puzzles than are in there. The room is filled with trash and red herrings from top to bottom. So it's no wonder that we had to wear rubber gloves the whole time. If the Gamemaster had to disinfect it, it wouldn't be ready in 3 hours. The rooms also have absolutely no atmosphere. The whole time we waited for someone to scare us, as there were apparently actors in the room earlier. But there was NOT. If there had been any, I would have understood why we even have to wear a face mask in the room. But since no one came, I don't understand with the best will in the world – we were a couple so no need of face masks. In every room we went through there was exactly 1 puzzle. I don't know if that can even be called a puzzle. At the beginning we were told that there is a certain type of tape that identifies the Dont Touch things. I really don't understand that iddles\ are made with this tape. As an Escape Room player, or a person with a logical mind, I dont pay attention to the Dont Touch markings, because they are NOT part of the game. If the gamemaster hadn't told me what to do, we wouldn't be out by now. On the whole, you will find a few trashed rooms here that are absolutely not worth it. Actually we should have been paid to play this room at all, because it is by no means worth the 44 euros.

Wow, this escape room was fantastic. The clues were tricky, and the codes required a lot of lateral thinking. The props, music and themes were impeccable. Couldn’t be any better! And my Wife was slightly scared the whole time :)

Great experience, highlight of our stag weekend. Very accommodating host and it was a real laugh, great way to kill a couple of hours (we had 3 groups go round) and a few jumps and screams along the way.

We were quite impressed by this escape room because of some reasons: size, decorations, scenario. We recommend you to go there if you have couple of hours of free time in Bratislava. We made a booking 4-5 hours before to go there - a very pleasant lady on the phone helped us to make a reservation. After a game you can make a funny photo with some of the decorations))
