Great service by Timo. Used the trekking bikes, really good shape ones. Price is good and location is convenient. Highly recommended!
Decent bike for a decent price, the guy spoke English quite well. Deposit is 50 euros. The saddle was incredibly hard, which became quite incovenient. The opening hours seem to be at random. At the door was stated open until 19.00, I was told at pick-up they would close at 18.00 and they closed immediately after I returned my bike at 17.30.
The place was closed, in theory was open till 20:00
Bike Bratislava communicated with with me prior to my arrival that appeared normal. On my arrival I tried to contact and make arrangement for the next days pick-up. Got phone recordings closed for the day but recording encouraged email for tomorrows needs. Sent email and arrived at the shop and waited from 8 am to 9 am and then decided I had invested too much time on the Bike Bratislava with very little result. I don't think the website reflects what the business provides and left.
I've rented a bike several times over the years. Good services and prices. Staff was always nice and helpfull.
New bikes, plesent English speaking shop , price includes helmet, lock and air pump. Saddle slightly hard. You can order by phone and they will have the bikes ready at arrival
Well, 2nd time I have rented a bike from here. The bikes are great and the service is fantastic from start to finish. Thank you guys. I’ll be in touch to hire a bike again soon.
