We just came back from our 2nd sailing holiday booked with Boataround and we AGAIN HAD THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Booking was easy, service was excellent, communication clear and fast. On top of seamless booking process we boarded a wonderful sailing boat with the most professional and helpful skipper and had 7 days sailing blast! We are already looking forward to our next trip with Boataround!

I was a part of a yacht crew who shared this regrettable experience: I recommend that you stay away from the charter company Boataround !!! Despite being in touch for over 2 months, the firm has misled us with the descriptions on their website :( !!! Boataround described that the catamaran as 5 cabins including 1 single and 4 double cabins while the yacht only had 2 double cabins and 2 triple cabins. What's more, we only received this information after paying for the catamaran, on the day before departure !! Boataround did not provide any help whatsoever in solving the problem, but only forwarded us emails from the rental company :( They act as a mailbox that passes information between the sites :( !!!!. An absolute Scandal !!! I will not use their services ever again !!!! All of this has been solved thanks to a great team from mare-Yachting.com from Marina Mandalina
I almost always book a boat via Boataround,com. All is w/o any problem. Communicative agents, quick and reliable attitude.
We had a great sailing trip with Boataround, we simply booked our boat and paid and that was it! We started in marina Baotic with Navigare Charter. Our boat Oceanis 46 was prepared on time and was very clean as well. The sailing experience was awesome (as always ;)). Looking forward to the next summer already ️
Unreliable. We booked a boat with a credit card and immediate reservation, we received the confirmation email. After that, no further information was received. After a few days, we worried, we called the Italian assistance where they always reply in English, in the end we found an operator who spoke Italian who said that the boat was not available without proposing any alternative. We were forced to book a hotel at the last minute. Holidays failed. Sorry for my English.
