Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself is just what you would expect from a Crowne Plaza. Built in the era when bold an modern were the order of the day. Now a little dated. Be careful when ordering a taxi. I asked for a metered city taxi and what came charged me twice the normal rate.

Great choice to stay in the city center of Bratislava! Very close to old town! Reception personnel is extra friendly and ready to help. The room is very well equipped- all You May need plus kettle and even iron with ironing board! Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast earned 100 points of possible 100- omelet prepared in front of you, fresh orange juice, barista made cappuccino!
Loved it, still one of my favourite hotel chains! Great location, nice view and easy walk to the heart of the inner town. Bed and pillows are fantastic. Staff was extremely helpful and very-very kind! I had breakfast in the lounge, the selection was smaller, but still everything you wished was available and it was very peaceful and quiet. I am looking forward to returning.
Very good hotel. Reception responds quickly, room service is fast, cleaning is impeccable, staff is nice, food is tasty, breakfast has bif variety (but expensive if bought separately 25)nice view from the windows. Very good class hotel. The room has hair fan, iron, TV, Air Conditioner(!), big mirrors, everything is shining and clean.

Should be more than just 4 stars! Nice place to stay, with very clean and nice rooms with comfy beds. Very good breakfast as well.

The food was great but the plates were dirty and that left me little bit off. Beware of the levels of hotness ;))
