I bought my Ipad from June 2019 and the screen was cracked in November 2019, so I brought the Ipad there to fix because it is still in the warranty period. But they said, they will not do it and told me the solutions which are buying a new one or bring it to unauthorised shop to fix. My ipad has no other problems, only the glass of the screen was cracked. I love Apple products but this is a very bad experience in an iStore in Avion. So sad :(

Ja dávam za dnes13.12.20, 1 hviezdičku, aj to len kvôli tovaru, naozaj záleží od toho kto má službu na predajni, pretože sme tu stáli zákazníci a doteraz bolo všetko ok, Manžel si chcel kúpiť ntb, mobil a hodinky, na personál sme museli mávať , aby si nás niekto všimol a keď už sme jedného odchytili, tak ochota na bode mrazu, odišli sme znechutení a nekúpili nic..a možno chybu netreba zvalovať len na personál, možno chyba len zaškolenie.

Velka predajná s kvalitnými ale drahými vecami od Apple ,, mladý personál . V Apple mi vždy pomohli s mojím starým Apple mobilom grátis ...!!

Ked to zhodnotim od 1-10., davam plny pocet (10) personal uzasny, predajna super a konkretny clovek(Sebastian) mi velmi pomohol, vyzna sa vo vsetkom a je velmi sikovny. Odporucam

Raz za cas sa tam zastavim ked si chcem obzriet novinky od Applu, vacsinou sa mi prihovori Sebastián, vyzna sa do vela veci a je velmi ochotny aj napriek tomu ze nemam zaujem kupit Apple produkt.
