Affordable prices. Very nice attitude. Answered all of my questions although I was not sure what style I wanted exactly. Very patient. Huge variety of styles and designs. I learned a lot about carpets, from their explanations, before choosing the carpet I wanted. They have carpets in pairs as well which was great for bigger places like ours.
