perfektné miesto na oddych aj aktívny aj pasívny. Prednedavnom dokončená Jama s lavičkami, trávou, jazierkom dáva šancu tým pohodlnejším, aby si počítali alebo len si posedeli.Možno sa inšpirovali aj k pohybu dívajúc sa na tých, ktorí využívajú bežecké dráhy, náradie na cvičenie s vlastnou váhou alebo na tých, ktorí vychádzajú z tenisového centra. Je to oáza v strede mesta.
