WAW This hotel is fantastic. Beautiful settings amazing panoramic views. Fresh air and daily walks will restore everyone's health and mind. Cean, tidy and regal. Lovely helpful staff. Nothing is a chore. Excellent food. It's very special place to me because we just got engaged there ️️️

Best place which I've been visiting since now. Everything was just great, nothing against! Beautiful resort surrounded by forest. Nicest and peaceful Christmas which I ever had! Looking forward to visiting this place again!

We were there for a dinner with friends in the Restaurant of the Hotel. We loved it so much! The service was really warm and friendly with us and there was live music in the restaurant. We tested their home made tatra tea and the specialties of the Chef. Everything was delicious. :)
Great location and fantastic views from balcony. Website in six languages but menu only available on Slovakian and no English speaking stars in restaurant made dinner both a gamble and a surprise. They seem confuses as to what market they are aiming for. Local or international. Flashy looking wine cabinets inaccessible due to number of high chairs parked in front of them. Odd
Very lovely place. I love the hotel look. The staff needs to be educated a little bit more. The wellness centre of this hotel is gorgeous. Nice place to stop for a minute and relax. I recommend this place.
Very good food and rich selection. Especially breakfast buffet is above standard with some home made local products. Room was very clean as well as wellness facilities. Nevertheless, it is quite pricey for a big size convention hotel...beer 6 eur, espresso over 3 eur...it just confirms that vacation in Slovakia is just as expensive or even more than in countries where people have much higher income on average...so the hotel is not for average income people, other than that it is very nice and surely recommended
4 star hotel with amenities of 4 star and staff from 2 star. Waiter brought us menu, we ordered a soup and he took both menus from us. Soup took 20 minutes to arrive too salty. Other dining experiences were similar. Rooms were nice and clean as expected, reception staff was helpfull and wellnes area was top notch.
