Visited Devín and on last minute we decided to go back with the boat to Bratislava. The captains are super friendly welcoming you to enter the boat. No problem that we didn't pre-booked the seats. They accepted our cash payments. Only one side note: be on time to have a nice seat on top! Anyway it was super relaxed and definitely worth a visit and enjoy the pictures! Cheers.

While not the best preserved castle, one can easily tell the important role Devín Castle has played in Slovak, Hungarian, and Austro-Hungarian history. The castle offers incredible views of both the Danube and Morava rivers, and is an easy day-trip from Bratislava.
