Very average experience at the wellness. The inside is very cozy, modern, clean and smells nice. The girl at the wellness reception was extremly unprofesional, rude and making lots of excuses as we were asking some questions. The music in the sauna was very loud and we could not relax- called the reception and asked for them to put the volume a bit down and we were said that it is not loud, that no-one every complained about the music and that she can not put the volume down!

A beautiful hotel with great service, good restaurant and reasonable pricing. They have a well equipped wellness too! I recommend this hotel to everyone who visits Humenné
Nice place, clean shower (with no inside doors - huh?), anyways room was nice. Plus points for air conditioning system.

Friendly staff, located quite close to the city center. Parking space is very limited and especially during the weekend nights it can be hard to find a spot. The rooms are nice but the bathroom is arranged in a very odd way.
