I ask them if they speak english, they hang up me 3 times. Nice job!
Called them and politely asked the lady if she speaks English. Without saying a word she disconnected. I called again, again she disconnected. Don't waste your credit to call them unless you're fluent in Slovak! - Edit: I ended up calling T-Taxi. The car arrived immediately, the driver was polite and knew the route very well. I payed 2.90 EUR (for 2.3 km). I totally recommend taking it instead.
Hanging up on people without a word.
Extremely rude. If you don't speak perfect Slovak they will hang up on you (repeatedly regardless of how simple you try to make it).
Avoid at all cost: Terrible attitude, drivers will overcharge you despite the price list.
As others have said, unless you speak Slovak they will hang up.
