This is a very customer unfriendly shop. Not by the shop employees, but because of the management. They still live in the sixties in the USSR.
Great choice and lately great addition of toilet facilities:) just a pity about the customer service-although it seems that they do have enough staff they are always dispersed everywhere else but where they’re supposed to be. There is no initiative on their side to advise you, instead they are sitting in a group having a great chat-that’s talking mainly about the top floor staff no so much about downstairs-downstairs are a bit better.
