Keep away from them! You will never ever get your stuff, that you payed!!!! Total disaster that hungarian management did with the customer. We ordered from the website, payed it, and AFTER 3 MONTHS!!!!! they realised they didnt ordered it and now its cannot ordered anymore!!!! BEWARE OF THIS FKN COMPANY!!!! Its a shame whats going on here.

Ich habe eine ganz gute Erfahrung mit dieser Firma gemacht. Zwar hat mir nicht ganz gepasst das was ich bestellt hatte, die Rückgabe der Ware (bzw. auch die Rückzahlung der vollen Geldsumme vom Muziker) war danach aber unbürokratisch und unproblematisch. Service-Mitarbeiter sind aüßerst freundlich, sachlich und hilfsbereit! (Deutsch beherrschen sie scheinbar, vom Gefühl, auch als Muttersprache!) Empfehlenswert also.

Hrozná rodinkarska firma. Ľudia čo nejsu z rodiny sú fajn. Skladové priestory chaos a zlá organizácia. Bezpečnosť nehrá rolu.
