Nice dorm near to city center (just 15min by walk). Strict rules, no parties allowed, thats why it works without troubles. Staff is helpful, especially in this COVID times. I can recommend Student Residence and will choose it again when get back to Bratislava. Thanks for great hospitality, especially to manager. Keep going :-)

Thieves. Complete fraud. They stole 350 EUROS from my deposit. I lived in this residence for 9 months. I never had any problem with the staff, and I always respected the rules of accommodation. The last day of my stay I did the check out with a responsible of the residence and they said everything was fine and I would have my deposit (350 euros) reimbursed in the following days. Four months later I didn't receive any money, I tried to talk with them and they never reply the phone calls. After several emails I received an answer from the manager saying that they would keep my deposit cause the state of the room was \extremely unclean\, which is absolutely FALSE (find attached pics of my room the day I left, just before the check out). The email said that they had to change the carpet for a cost of 450 euros, which is again FALSE, I checked my room with people who are living there right now and the carpet is exactly the same that I left; it was just an excuse to keep the money of the deposit. I told them by email that all these damages were false, and of course, they didn't reply... I can't understand how the manager ANDREJ RALBOVSKY is able to steal money from students that really need it in a complete fraud. In conclusion, Incheba Residence WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY WITH ANY EXCUSE. Some other residents from last year are suffering exactly the same situation, Student Residence stole 350 euros as deposit and they didn't inform about anything until almost 4 months later, when we're back at home and there's nothing you can do. It's a shame. UNACCEPTABLE. THIEVES.

Sub-par experience, everything is literally prohibited on the room, and if not you have to pay extra, if you want to move out sooner be prepared to pay out, how you first agreed to last. Meaning you wanted a year but move out in a half year, well your problem pay the rest. Wouldn't recommend even if I was payed for it.

STAY AWAY from this place. There is not reason to spend your time and your money there.I was hosted there for 5 months as an Erasmus student.I gave to them in front the whole amount (almost 2000e) and i am still waiting to return my deposit and i am not sure if i will take it back without any excuse for damages or anything else.Main gain for them is only to take your money with any way.The staff is rude and unfriendly, they don't know how to do their jobs, they are UNPROFESSIONAL in everything. They didn't respect us even the manager of the place Mr Andrey don't know how to do his job and how o behave to his clients that spend their money there. If you decide to stay there TAKE CARE of your check in and the paper that they give to you, fill everything with damages, beware also for the check out, take proofs of any paper and photos of the room. If you have any problem with them informed your embassy,in my case they are receptive to help me!

If you are heading to Bratislava and you are looking for a room, DON'T GO to Incheba, choose another dorm. It's really expensive, they are very rude and the manager think that he is the King of the World. I think his dream was to enter in the police but he couldn't and now is really angry with everyone. They took 350 euro of deposit from a lot of students with no reason, they complain about the ''behaviours'' of the students while they never clean and fix the room after the checkout. You should put less security camera in the building to spy the students and focus in many other things.

Perfect place to stay! Highly recommend you to choose this facility. Staff is nice and helpful. You will worth the maintenance, which is not common. They have online helpdesk system, so you can request for fixing technical problems directly in your phone. They are 24/7 on the phone. Sometimes I could not focus to my project due to arogant and abusive foreign students from ERASMUS programme. They behave themself like mad beasts, fortunately if its really unbearable a Security guy deal with it and they are penalized by management then.

Dorm is relatively clean, but just too expensive for what it offers. Additionally, they will not return you 350 of deposit (it has been 2 months since I moved out and I only got it back partially, without any explanation what was wrong or anything - when checking out the manager Andre \de Coufre\ himself told me the room was nice and I will get everything back). Some students are still waiting and got nothing. They are not answering on emails or phone. I was forced to contact my embassy to take further action.

I do not recommend Student Residence in Bratislava, the staff is very arrogant and rude, they never reply to your emails. Your deposit is never returned!! International Students, please try to find another option, Student Residence will be a headache for you and for your families.
