Personally i simply love this place. So my opinion are not very useful
Enjoyed in ours stay, very clean, nice personal
Disappointing. You buy Aquacity, but is a B_series Aquacity... Breakfast and dinner with very low choice and quality of the food (actually also in Aquacity is not great). You get access to the acquapark but without the wellness and fitness, they don't give you a bracelet to enter anytime, but you need to queue everytime to get one. Never again. 2 stars just because the room are not bad, even if the acoustic insulation with the corridor is really bad and you can hear every single noise.
Nice combination of hotel, 50 meters swimming pool and magnificent mountain background.
For the 3* you have nice employees who are willing to help and advice, really good food and clean rooms.
Nice waterpark
Provides a lot of fun for younglings, but usually it is expensive fun.
