This may have changed owners but the front of the house staff is still missing professionalism. In desprate need of wine service training. The owner has wine in a cold case and has wine chillers for white wine. They need to use them. Wait staff need to learn not be offensive.

This was probably the most horrendous stay, I've had the displeasure of enduring. In the beginning, I thought, that when I order me and my girlfriend a king size double bed, we get one after we pay. Spoilers: NOPE. What we got were two uncomfortable beds, that were so far apart, that we could barely see each other. Even when we connected them together, there were 5cm od wooden bed frame separating us. Definitely not what you want on a romantic getaway. The rooms, however, were neat and clean. The other problem was the restaurant, however. We were quite famished after a rather long trip, so we were looking forward to a lunch. We ordered pizza, since we agreed, that there was basically nothing you could do to a pizza to make it unedible. Well, WE WERE WRONG AGAIN. The pizza was overcooked, really oily, salty, and was so hard on the stomach, it gave my gf cramps. Maybe some other meals might be better, but this pizza wasn't.

The place is really clean, toilets were very clean, rooms were so good. Just one note about the food, as I asked for my breakfast a cheese as the waitress said they serve egg omelet or egg with meat slices (Šunka), I asked just for cheese for breakfast and I got egg omelet with onion instead. I said it's okay as they have good Pizza night before. My lunch was another surprise as I asked for well done steak, and they brought for me and my friend as medium with blood in the plate as I couldn't eat it me or my friend. The waitress there called the cooker and they said they do it in that way. She brought for me then a chicken steak which was a little better but not well done too. In the end I gave up and ate just the french fries (HRANOLKY), and american potatoes. All that was after a long day of my marriage. Although all this but I strongly recommend this place to stay. Cozy and tidy. Recommended for Pizza too. But not for meat. Thank you
