Today I received excellent service. Service man was speaking English and was very helpful with a product which turned out to be defected. Compared the functionality of the product I brought in to a new one on spot. It turned out mine was defected so I was given the option of replacement or refund. I would totally recommend Nay Sk for the after sale service.

v sobotu som išiel vymeniť zadný fotoaparát môjho telefónu iPhone X! ale nerozumiem tomu, čo robia, ale zložiť mi kožu z telefónu a teraz je to nestabilné! Nechápem, či robia opravy alebo demolácie

Dnes som navstivil Vás servis v Centrali a musím Vam vyjadriť kompliment... Potreboval som prepojiť môj nový telefón s PC, navstivil som asi dva, tri servisy v Ba ale, nikde mi tak prosesionalne, a, najmä, ochotne nevyšli v ústrety ako u vás... moje poďakovanie patrí Vášmu pracovníkovi Davidovi, profík a ochotný servismen, ktorý mal \súcit\ aj so zákazníkmi,ktori, nie sú profíci v oblasti IT, Vás servis, aj vďaka Davidovmu prístupu ku mne, sa stáva mojim obľúbeným,kam budem od dnes rád chodiť...
