The place was spotless, fantastic location, a family room with a balcony, where we enjoyed our teas and coffee even when the rain was poring down. The owner was personally in touch with us, we were well taken care of. I totaly recommend this place for families. Pleasant experience in Slovakia.

A good value for money, they have only one elevator and no aircondition in the room but the kitchen is well equiped. The room is big.

Fatrapark2 is simply PERFECT, we stayed there with 30 people group, everything was perfectly organised. Nice communication, they helped us with all the questions before arrival. Service at the reception was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were clean, and very well equipped, there is everything you may need. Downstairs is very nice restaurant. And Ski Slope is just 50m walk - perfect place, we will stay here again 100%

Very beautiful location. Good room with equipped kitchen, but We are very disappointed from the hotel service: no room service (no cleaning), very hard bed, very bad pillows. As results, our nights were horror. The hotel was not ready to change the room. We slept 3 person on the sofa in the living room. For additional towels we have been asked to pay. In the first morning the restraunt was closed, we had to find where to eat the breakfast.

I had a pleasant dinner here after a skiing day. I tasted penne with creamy mushroom sauce and chicken, home-made tiramisu as a dessert. I have to say, the food was prepared and garnished perfectly, it was really delicious. I was especially delighted with a tender and juicy chicken. The restaurant looks very nice, the staff were friendly and accommodating too. Definitely recommended!
