Perfect food and really friendly staff. There are various italian places around the globe, but this one stands out. Try pizza, try pasta and most definitely have some of their famous tomato soup. You will not regret it. The caveat is that by now it is not that easy to get a spot when you simply show up, so book in advance. Recommended!
Very good pizzas. The service is slow usually, even when a wait outside and freed tables inside waiting for being cleaned. No air-conditioned, so in the summer can be very hot. A lot of places are signed as reserved, but they are not. The staff (mostly the manager of the staff) is not really friendly if you trying to improve your sitting places. A lot of locals and tourists eating there and come back again (as myself with my family), so this is a sign for a quality place. There is a indoor play corner for little kids. But from other side I saw how a waitress organizing the games with her foot, so I am not sure it is really clean. For kids that already know not to take everything into their mouth it is fine...

The food was fantastic. The service was very poor, friendly waitresses but terribly slow. They forgot about our order.
