I was there for refunding for travel card, expecting ignorant staff due to the reviews I’ve read. But it was excellent service! Maybe I was lucky there was staff who can speak English and being really friendly and helpful. :)

The waiting area is suited for max 4 people. If you are unable to sort your tickets for public transportation online, or if you are not in the mood to go to a nicer office of the public transport company you come here. Or to pay for rides without a ticket. Experience which makes you realize the truth: grumpy people have jobs. Don't go to this place.

Situated in the area of multinational companies in front of Eurovea they don't have employees speaking in english. You have to ask help to Slovak-speaking behind you in the queue to help.

I payed for a 3 month public transportation card, 5 days later while I was riding a tram the controller came by to check if it was valid and since his machine wouldn’t recognize the card they fined me 50 euros.

I always thought this was a museum of communist public transport history, until someone told me this is a an actual head office of the current city public transport authority. Either way, these guys are very heavy on traditions, like ineffective public transport, criminal-level fund mismanagement, and awful costumer service to name a few. But if you’re a sad sap dependent on the city’s public transport, you won’t have much choice anyway. So just shut up and join the line.

Very long queues, unfriendly staff, overpriced. No need to visit.
