It's a mish mash of many different scientific areas and there is no rhyme or reason. From metallurgy to old telephones to electrical devices to dentistry, the building is like a maze just meandering from room to room. Even so it's worth 5 euros but know going in that only about 1/3 of the exhibits are translated to English!

Every first Sunday of the month free entrance! Interesting variety of topics from mining, metal treating, engines, electricity, telecommunication, optics,... Reservation is needed for some exhibitions (and it is suggested to come in groups).

Great value in central location. Not all areas have English translation. Some areas of the museum are only open with enough visitors or as I was to understand.

We joined a session in a planetarium and visited also one exhibition. The prices are really cheap. We had to arrange a date for a visit as far as planetarium offers program only for groups. The staff offered us multiple options and we could join a session organized for a group of students from the elementary school. My daughter was totally happy bacause the topic was explained in an easy and children friendly way. Payment is possible only in cash.

A lot of working models, good for kids. Not all exhibitions were working during our visit.

Nice historical building. Wort to step in. Collection has some interesting historical technical equipment, especially tools for measuring. They also have a small display of typewriters. Sadly this exhibition is not systematic. Also it seems that the museum has been like this for several decades with any major updates to its exhibition. Most of the texts are duplicated into English but not all.

Some of the items from Edison, Tesla or Bell era are fantastic pieces of tech history.
