Well, store as such is great. I have been to many of them, Au Park, Polus, Central, Obchodna, Bory...even Avion.
I have had everywhere great shopping experience, great product, affordable prices, lovely caring ladies...been a customer for over 5 years...
Now, this year, when we visited Avion store, this visit, left rather sour taste in my mouth.
We came in as we bought two pairs of earrings and only at home found that one is not a pair, but to left pieces. We returned the same evening as the day of purchase, but the assistant said that she had already cashed up and she will give us refund the next day in the morning. Now, we returned as instructed, but there was another young lady. She was so arrogant and rude, that we had to write a complaint.
Unfortunately our complaint was not resolved to our satisfaction, no apology, no compensation for the inconvenience of coming to the store on several occasions, but at least they got us money back, which was our original request. So I don't understand why we had to have the ding dong...
As for the young shopping assistant lady, she better chose a different career path than customer service as she told me, after I asked her name and she blatantly refused, that I should keep my nose out of the matter. Well, naff said,... They have lost a good loyal customer. I bet the business would rather loose a rough staff than loyal paying customer. Oh well...There is plenty of other stores.
