Beautiful location. But stuff is really unfriendly and unmotivated and you have to book every treatment separately with one of the unfriendly employees. Food looks amazing but tasty are only the desserts. The pool is located next to a street, so that's a pity. But the thermal pool itself is a nice outside pool and the whole building is really wonderful historic. It would be definitely worth a trip, if stuff would be better.

Spa and hotel at very high level. If you believe in the old fashioned sulfur mud hot water treatment, body treatment and do all, you will get healthy and no pain. Very good restaurant. Very good hospitality. All at best service. Recommended. May 2019 The outside big pool is under construction. As soon as finished the facilities will be upgraded. This year the hotel, including all facilities remains at highest level, including service, spa, front desk, hospitality, food, bar and more. Recommended
The hotel is very impressive, the first two days the service was second to none, on the final day with a change of staff in the restaurant the service went down hill, it really did take the shine off the weekend.
What to say. Just peace, peace, peace. We stayed 2 nights there and it was just amazing. Staff members are super nice, polite. If we did not know something they were helping. Services are great some kind of expensive but well. The food in the restaurant is super good. You have quite some choice. (Be aware of the cakes they are horribly delicious). In the bar, they make terrific cocktails, and the staff is super nice, polite. The only problem is you can loose yourself a bit with all the corridors and doors. Coming back very soon.
We booked the mirror pool, mud pool, dry wrap & traditional Thai massage and it was the best! You need to be naked though and no exception.

I was there for a short stay; 3 days. Upon arrival the first thing l notice was the service at the front desk. The gentleman kept me waiting but when the ladies were in charges they were far more efficient. The hall, the restaurant are all richly decorated. The atmosphere is pleasant but the food left me cold. I was hoping for a experience in gastronomy and found myself with a nice presentation but no taste, it felt like hospital food! The grounds and pool are heavenly: just so beautiful and well maintained. The spa personal are courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious.
