Best original Pilsner draft bier in Trencin and more awesome people visiting the camp outdoor bar called "U Jakuba (At Jacob)"

If you arrive tired or if you have tent avoid this place. Although the stuff is much friendly and the receptionist lady speaks English this is not a quite campsite but rather a backyard of a rocker pub. In a Saturday night the pub attached to the camp is open endless, the music is turned on far after midnight. Practically there is no grass just some dying vegetation mixed with dust so forget your tent and hire a bungalow instead. Probably a good party place for locals with a special location but after a heavy day of touring you'd better to find something else.

Overall the experience was negative rather positive and I will explain why: - The prices on website and on the spot were a bit different, so we ended up paying more than we expected. On website it was around 6,50 euros per person with a tent, on the spot it was around 8 euros. - There wasn't really good places for tents. At first the receptionist told us to make the tents in the middle of the campground. There was barely any grass and tons of other tents so it looked like a festival. We asked for a different spot and we got it. - Nobody informed us that there won't be hot water in showers and that we have to pay extra for showers that include hot water and doors. Most of showers had curtains, which wouldn't be a problem if it had a hot water. - The toilets weren't in a good condition and the there was one light that didn't illuminate the whole room rather one cabin, so you end up searching for a toilet paper like a blind bat. - The kitchen was good, it had a stove and sink, we could easily wash our dishes. - Right next to the camp was a bar, which was nice, but when we wanted to go to sleep, there was a loud music til 2 am. - The camping ground had a strange smell, not sure if the camp was resposible for that, but it wasn't pleasant. I know we chose it ourselves, but we couldn't find closer camping ground. I must say that it's not worth those 8 euros per person if you can't have hot water in shower and you have to pay extra for it, and you have to listen to loud noises and use really old facilities.

Good place good price, but to many people keeping parties all day and night ( birthday parties with bouncy castles, grown up parties starting afternoon ending after midnight with High Music and really drunking people. It could be a really good place...

Location wise great, nice view of a castle. Accommodations are ok, but nothing special. Downside is the price p.p. for a cabin which isnt cleaned from small bugs. Upside is the small "beach" and swimming pool, 150m walk.

A little old school equipped, though everything needed is available, and above all very friendly and helpful staff!
