I went there with a friend in november of 2019. We stayed three days and two nights. You can only go there by taxi or your own car. Parking available. The rooms have balcony. There is kitchen, microwave and refrigerator. The bed was comfortable. There is free wifi. The room and bathroom were clean. There is a great view of Tatra mountains from the resort. The breakfast was buffet but it was not good. They need to improve. I ate cold eggs and sausage. There is only one restaurant in the resort. Staff was friendly.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel. It is perfect for traveling with a car / kids in High Tatra Mountains Hotel has 11 buildings with 4 floors. Every room includes balcony and mini- kitchen. There were lots of visitors during our stay in August. I recommend to take a room with wonderful mountain view.
Apartments are new, clean and good looking. What is beautiful is the view outside! Breathtaking! We also liked mini farm with goats, little pony, rabbits etc in front of our apartment. Location is great, close to all main attractions in Tatras.
I stayed here with my family and a dog for 3 night. Communictaion with reception and booking was easy and smoothless. Though open question remains why I had to pay 12/night for the dog if there were no amenities and the dog stayed outside on the terrace as out appartment was on the ground floor. Anyway the appartments were cosy with simple furniture and sufficient amenities and kitchenette. We had our breakfast in the hotels restaurant which was unfortunattely a huge disappointment. The staff was very helpful but could not save the situation where there was no basic supplies such as butter or hot water for the tea, fresh juice or youghurt at all and after few days lemon went out. Question to restaurant manager: where the f..k have you been all the time. In addition if you come to for the breakfast early there is no enogh staff to pick up the plates from the table so it was offten difficult to find a free table without dirty and used plates. I don't understand the hotel managers in High Tatras. Is it really so difficult to manage a hotel restaurant in such a place, or you don't care at all what the customers excpect and think? Remember High Tatras is the same place to come back but why don't you make sure when I come back I will stay at the same place. Tatragolf mountain resort was a one time occassion. I dare not to come back.
So far so good, wonderful view, nice facilities
Very nice new property. Spacious rooms. Fully equiped kitchenet. Big bathroom. Too early check out - at 10am. Nice zoo for children is nice activity. Do not have good coffee - only instant black water. Restaurant do not serve a la carte menu, a bit ptty after hard day in mountains.
Great view, very comfy , large bed. Kitchen amenities fully staffed. Bathroom was missing at least a shelve or a small closet to put the personal belongings. Restaurant within the resort was a joke in the morning. We end up eating cereal by the tables outside the restaurant, as everything else was gone and the dining area was extremely crowded - it's pretty small for such huge resort.
Good quality apart hotel. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. A couple of min points: ants in the kitchen, no airco, no mosquito net, very noisy fridge.
