Great staff and quite good service. Some minor language barriers but nothing insurmountable with a bit of patience. I loved my holiday here!

Nobody is speaking German or English at the cashier desk, only Slovak. We wanted to visit Lomnicky Stit. We got cards for the cable car but only to the middle station. The cashier said that we can buy tickets in the middle station. In the middle station we got an information, that we can visit the peak only 16.30 afternoon. It was near 10 o’clock, and we wanted not waiting 6,5 hours! We payed near 65 euros for nothing! Congratulations! Nobody could say that we have to buy tickets in advance!

Infocentrum which needs to retrain staff in customer service. All staff members look so sad that in a funeral you would find happier people. Tried to activate gopass cards there as the gopass app isn’t easy to use at all. The infocentrum staff wasn’t sure about certain things either. Spent there 45 min to activate 3 gopasses for a day as they forced us to do it on their laptop. We were told “you have to learn how to do it” even though it was clear they also didn’t know how to do it either. They could have done it in 2 minutes if they wanted to on their own system. Instead of skiing on my holiday I was dealing with unhelpful staff of “infocentrum”.
