Asked several times via email for a cost calulation. Did not get an answer at all. They are also hard to reach by phone by the way. However, after one month they just send the calulated amount without splitting down costs. I don't know why a normal service would cost EUR 2.140 for an Audi A3??? I have no explanation for that, nor did they have! Sorry but this is not really customer orientated. Maybe someone else has more luck...
