We had unexpected problem with our car during transit via Slovakia. From the firts talk/in english/, protection car sit, stering wheel and foot space to explenation of the problem and further proceeding, repair, price ... very good and professional service. They even took us to the city center while waiting so no feeling of waisting time. They did what was necesssary to take further trip and adviced what has to been done later.

The car was ready on time and successfully serviced. Unfortunately, the person who served me (Mirko?) seemed to think that I was lucky to be in his showroom. He initially told me I couldn't have my car keys for 30 minutes because his colleague was at lunch. Can you believe that? Arrogant, Communist-era service mentality. Not a good representative of the Volkswagen brand. I did write an email to the Autonovo, a very polite one, but they didn't bother to reply.

Really kind and professional service. We were on our way back home from Poland when the engine lost its' power. They changed the broken part in our Skoda Fabia car quickly and we got back to our journey within 45 mins.
