Very hard to park sometimes and the drive through is very slow. If you are travelling by bus it is a place to go to buy electronics and other fun stuff. Usually it is faster if you go for a pickup inside.
The Czech company Alza - and this Bratislava central in particular - is the best for quick getting and picking up things of all sorts. The system of pickup is well thought of and rather quick (if the Alze drive is not full af, that is). The negative being you pay a fee for pickup, but it’s cheaper through the Drive. It is even open on national holidays. The returns, extra insurance, pre-owned goods for better prices, and all these bells and whistles are truly one of kind in Slovakia/Czechia. The prices can be great but also some things can get very overpriced, so check well before buying. Their marketing, however, is very annoying and aggressive. In-store pickup is also made so that you have to go throught the whole gallery, but I also see the pluses there.
Came to buy a mouse. Store didn't have the one I like on display so I bought on their website. It said I could pick it up ow\. Made the payment but received no mail or sms for the pin. Staff said the system is down and it can take hours. So I came, paid the money but leaving without my purchase. Horrible experience. They also could not cancel my order. So I have to wait for days maybe.. Never buy anything here. They take your money but do not give you the product.
Great for quick pick ups! They offer a big variety. But their delivery service needs to be quicker.
Pros: 1. A wide offer 2. Most of stuff is avaliable on stock Cons: 1. Adding \delievery\ fee even to orders that are collected directly on site! 2. Not replying to contact forms or emails. 3. \Promo\ price in Alza is actually normal price for every one else.
If you open a dispute process, just pray you'll be successful.... Horrible processes and claim service
You must go upstairs just to pay your order which you receive on the ground floor. Long waiting time in peak.
