It has everything that an international bus station needs: a clean toilet (and it’s free), lockers (also free), a shop where you can pay with cash or with a card, an air-conditioned waiting hall and a touristic info point. And, hey, look at this cute little “greeny” on the top of the roof :):):)

One of the taxi drivers in the bus station just robbed us I pay hem with 100, he start the car and go away. NEVER USE A TAXI HERE. Use Uber, we never see a police man in the street. Is just unbelievable. Is this the way to keep tourists safe in this country? I'll prefer go to Vienna again.
To all travellers during night, i will definetly advice not take TAXI outside of this Bus Stations since there is Criminal Group by all so called\ TAXI\. They are organized criminal and in black without Taxi Licence people asking for 100 from this Bus Station to Airport which normal Taxi Agency normally is 10-25 Euro.Thats why, be carefull and i strongly advice Poloce to take actions against this Organizesmd Criminal group of fake TAXI.I cant believe that this is happening in EU State.Shamefull for the Police. This Group should be definetly somewhere else and not robbing people and Tourists.Best Regards
I have finally visited this bus station last week and was very pleased, to be only temporary (nahradna). It is definitely better as the old one and we need to accept it until the other one will be completed. I think it is much better as any Spanish or British bus stations.
So clean! Free locker storage, free toilets, wonderful bus station
Best bus station I've been in since coming to Europe.
This is literally the nicest bus station I have been to in my life and the world.
Grim place to spend any amount of time. Outdated feel to it. Luckily there are plenty of food stands and a Subway just outside.
