I believe that this is one of the few places that are well aware about customer satisfaction in Bratislava. Starting from the reservation that you request on their website until the follow up with the customer after they receive their haircut. The guys there are professional and they try their best to meet the results needed even with the language barrier. Shout out to Andrew who is well English speaking and doing nice job managing the shop! :)

Excellent level of service here at SIDEPART. They also only use the very best quality products and it truly shows. Being an expat living in Slovakia, it can be a challenge to get the look you're after sometimes due to the language barriers, SIDEPART barbers however have an excellent level of English and always accommodate my needs. They are also always willing to make you a beverage whilst you sit and relax.
