Worst customer service ever experienced in my life! We've paid the deposit for a kitchen on 15th of January. The seller (young lady with black hair, with surname ****fenko), has been ok till we paid the deposit. After that, her reaction time, even for a 2 minutes activity, turned to 1-2 weeks minimum. Since 21st of April, we had our final version of the kitchen. As of today, 23rd of June, they still haven't produced the main kitchen document stating materials and measures (in Slovak called \Supis prvkov\). We were called to their office to sign the contract 6th of June, however nothing was ready, and the few ready documents were 80% wrong: colors, phone number, date of invoice, etc. Basically you pay for Austrian quality, and you get terrible Slovak service. After all these issues, we've asked the owner, **chy, to please return us the money for the deposit, as they're clearly unable to deliver basic services, within acceptable time. In a really arrogant way, he has refused, basically stealing money for a service they could never deliver (unless they thought they could deliver the kitchen next year :-) ). I would highly recommend you to stay way far away from these jokers. In 2018, such shops should not even exist!!
