Perfect place to get your exercise stuff. Stuff was very helpful with my need to fix my bike. Store manager David went out his way to make sure that bike is in perfect shape and personally delivered and check it out before. Young blond lady behind cashier desk for very polite and personable. I will definitely come back to shop more.

A bit remote, and harder to find for first time, but well, that's what car navigation is for. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Products I found there were pretty unique, I liked the option to choose from wider offer.

Terrible service with rude personnel! I was told that I cannot fit a helmet at the shop because they only work as a «Miesto vydania” but if the helmet won’t fit they can change it. So I went out, checked it and it turned out they the helmet is small. I returned back in 3 minutes and guess what? They were very rude and said that they cannot change it!!! Also I was told that I must speak Slovak! Didn’t answer why I must and they did clearly understand what I was saying. Not sayings that I waited 2 weeks before my order was delivered from another city 1 hr drive from Bratislava. You guys should be shamed for such service, the rate of your shop is 3.9 and I’d say that it is flattering. Poor service, be aware!!!!

We were looking for an exact bycicle. They did not have. The lady wanted to sell an other one. And she said there was no difference between the 2 models. Just approximately 60 EUR :) and obviously lot of technical details.

In fact I didn't want to give any star at all, or rather minus as I have very poor client experience. We ordered smartwatch from internet, watch didn't work properly form day 1 , we claim refund, which was accepted and now after 3month!!!! we still didn't get money back. we we called for 10 times to client centers poor guy said he is leaving company as they have internal-communication problem,as accounting admin sitting elsewhere ( in other town) she is not doing her job properly... guy on the phone (customer support) is one who always have to listen and deal with unhappy clients, and is fed up with this poor attitude as many clients calling, who are not happy with the service. I doubt I ever visit this shop again, I rather go to competitor even if I would need to pay bit more as treating customer with respect is the key to repeated business.
