Professional, fast handling. Waiting time for service check was 3 weeks. Technician was a bit emotionless, but knew what he is doing. Took the car in early in the morning and in 3 hours i received a call to come in for the car. In one year they called me again to ask if I need a check again as it was one year since I visited them. For someone not very cautious I find this to be a nice reminder. Prices are rather high as this is a authorised service center.
Waiting some time until a seller finally stands up. Bad service and almost no client orientation. People who are speaking En are always away :), when you are asking specific question about the car seller points out to some paper. Nobody can really answer questions immediately. Just bad Edit: Staff was fast and supportive when I had a damage on the car. Only bad experience I had was that I was eligible for a replacement car paid by the insurance company but Skoda staff asked me to pay 30/day. When I made them aware of the law everything was okay except of the fact that no replacement car was available :) giving max 3 points because if the strong support of English speaking people in that place
Not so friendly as it used to be and more expensive. Hardly any reason to go there ever again
