My flights were cancelled. Customer support from KIWI.COM told me, I have to wait up to 3 months and they refund me money. Im already waiting more than 8 months. Pls return my money back

The worst experience in life !!! My tickets coincided with the closing of borders, the company misinformed me and advised me of great danger (while the airline itself officially warned about the cancellation of the flight). Six months have passed and no apology or refund has taken place. I never recommend this agency to anyone
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Kiwi.com has scammed thousands of customers out of refunds owed to them for flights cancelled due to COVID-19. This pandemic is an extraordinary situation and I have been extremely patient, but after waiting over a month and seeing countless unhappy Kiwi.com customers who have received a efund\ of kiwi.com credits worth less than 10% of their flight costs. I have repeatedly reached out to Kiwi.com to try to get the full refund owed to me by European law. I have contacted United Airlines, who say they must process the refund through Kiwi.com but that all United Airlines customers are entitled a FULL REFUND for cancelled flights due to COVID-19. Therefore, Kiwi.com has absolutely no excuse and it has become clear that they intend to try to scam me out of the money that United has already stated that it will refund the company. I CANNOT ADVISE YOU ENOUGH TO AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. If I could leave ZERO stars I would.
Your offer 111 PLN for canceled flights (cost 534 PLN) is not even funny. Information that I can get 0 PLN if I choose other options is deceitful. Accordance with the law any of them is right. I will sent the information about this situation to the European Costumers Centre and recommend everyone to do the same. I will not leave this issue like this.
