Stayed here for eight days. Very good hotel setup and room arrangement. Cooking option is available with micro oven , induction and required cutlery . It's more like apartment. Spacious , clean and good room service.
Great hotel about 15 minutes walk from the old town. Very clean and well appointed room. Breakfast is just a cold buffet but worth the 10
Very nice, clean hotel. The staff is just incredibly helpful and nice. Our room had a very good view over Bratislava Castle. We really recommend this hotel.
Abszolute positive. Huge rooms, apartamants. All clear. Thanks for the kindness. The receptionist was beautiful and nice. She can answear my all question. See you next time :)
Spacious room (like a small apartment) and nicely decorated. BUT: nothing else corresponds to a 4* hotel. The first morning the cleaner came in to clean and tidy up the room: there were still hair on the floor (though she cleaned...). We also saw that she had just folded the duvets in bed (and underneath we found our pyjamas scrambled). She hadn't even streched the sheets and pillows. In addition, there was a sponge in the kitchenette that was very-very used. The dishwasher had a minimal amount and was diluted with water. Bathroom amenities? Nice joke: liquid hand soap, shower gel and shampoo were everything the same and of poor quality (ah, fortunately it was Azzaro fragrance. Remember that old fashioned men perfume?) Reception is open until late at night and service is modest.
The room had many disadvantages. Dilapidated furniture and poor quality bathroom. I'm dissappointed
Room was extremely clean and spacious, very modern. Receptionist were AMAZING and so helpful. We came here for Bratislava open and all members of the staff from house keeping to receptionist were so attentive and willing to accommodate our needs, Location is great. We did not walk at all but it is 10 mins walk from old city. We found our home away from Home. ! Thank you guys we will see you again.
