I could hardly call it a bus stop or bus station... it’s very confused and those bathrooms need a renovation for sure... there are no light also the conditions are very precarious.

Hardly a bus stop. Just a place for bus to stop under the bridge. A very disgusting toilet there too, which charges 0.50 but the attendant was in deep sleep when I visited.
This is the bus post to get your tickets if you want to travel to Vienna! And there's a nice coffee house where you can spend most of your waiting time!
Just normal bus stop in the old town.
This is a small bus station but only one hour to Viena, very near downtown but you can't buy tickets after six because it's closed. No information anywhere and you have to buy the tickets by internet: flexibus. You just show the code to the driver. After nine a bit dangerous. The main station is not much better and it's 20 minutes by taxi.
Ticket machines only take coins. Ladies in ticket room next to main road dont speak english but are very good at explaining so you understand in Slavic. Take bus 28 or 29 from here to Devin Castle
Buses in bad condition, driver very rude , very little English for an international company. I spent 50 to manage one trip due to cancellations and change of times. I do not recommend this company. Local companies have entertainment for less money even if you buy it in the bus.
We came to Bratslava via the boats for 54 euros for 2 of us. We went back to Vienna by bus for 10 euros total. The bus is great. With personal entertainment in each seat and wifi.
