During the past two years, I have needed a car from RAI on two occasions. Each for periods of about a month. I have always had good communications with staff who have helped answer my questions and advised me on what would be best for me. I have had cars at my disposal that were just right for 'what I wanted. I am very contented. I would recommended RAI without hesitation.

I recommend this company to anyone who wants to borrow a car. Me personally , when im coming back to my country Im always happy to use service of the this company. Its always good to be at home with a good car and good service from RAI. Thank you

It's impossible to rent a car from this company. I've tried three times already and it was a waste of time each time I tried. Whatever car I requested they came back to me with either A - the car is not available at that particular location or B - there's a minimum rental period of 3 days for said car. Each of these times, their booking system allowed me to make a booking and each of these times the staff failed to offer any other alternative solutions. They will offer alternative cars but only when prompted by a follow up email. All prices are without VAT and they charge additional fees for pick-up and drop-off. Don't waste your time.

Rented from them 2 years ago. Not a great experience. They kept my entire deposit fir scratches. When the gentleman picked up the vehicle he looled over the vehichle andnsaid it was fine. Then 3 days later i was told they found a scratch (which made no sense since the orignal person saw nothing and drove it himslef afterwards). I was told it would be 100 euros. They instead they kept the entire deposit. It was 2 weeks if gping back and fourth and theynsaid they did make a mistake and it was only 186 euros now for the scratch. I was told I would be refunded but never was. After that I gave up and took it as a loss. Not worth the headache.
