Nesprávne info o čase koncertu na lístku. Neschopnosť informovať zákazníkov o zmene. Divný "predaj" VIP lístkov - link zo stránky kapely bol na Tootoot, no oni ponúkali iba štandardné lístky. Cez túto ticketovku lístok už nikdy viac.
