A big central Tourist information office. Nice, tidy and quiet, with plenty of kind staff there to help and many free of charge leaflets and maps about the city, available in many languages. I always go to tourist information centers when I visit a city, and this is one of the best I've seen.

Great Service. They even filled our bottles with fresh water. The fresh water fountain map which was handed to us is not up-to-date. One fountain was without water, another one wasnt even there anymore

Very helpful, and great tips for our stay in town and travel around!

Very impressed by the high professionalism of the tourist information staff, who were not only helpful, but also spoke perfect Spanish. We did not expect Spanish to be spoken there and even less so well! Lots of brochures with activities, monuments, what to visit, efficient routes, etc... I recommend to pay a visit when arriving at Bratislava, that will help you plan and maximize your time in the city.

Absolutely great. I pass just ask something and help a lot more than i expect. Good work! Also you can sit and wait with free wi-fi.

Poor assortment. The lady at the desk was very unhelpful and unfriendly. She refused to give me a brochure stating "we don't have it" even though there were at least 20 of them on display and I was even willing to pay for it. The other lady seemed more friendly and her english was much better as well.
