We visited the place a year ago and hands down couldn't find a better hot chocolate anywhere, yet. The waitress was super friendly and did everything to make us as customers happy. We saw they had coffee drinks with salted caramel, but my friend preferred a hot chocolate with it. The waitress mentioned that they don't have this, but would arrange it. And they did and it was amazing (We highly suggest!). On top of it, the tiny can with the salted caramel syrup came complementary.

A solid 5. Staffs were helpful, making sure everything was OK. Ambience was great, not too overwhelmingly crowded or noisy in the indoors. Food was delightful, perfect to each of our requests - pulled pork burger was flavourful and softly chewable, salmon bowl was fresh with a twist of preserved ginger. Highly recommended.
Urban Bistro is a cool, comfy and modern place to dine and hangout with friends. Food is fresh & very tasty. The staff is professional, they smile and make you feel welcome. Water served to customers as they sit down which is very convenient when it's hot outside. I would give this place 5/5. Martin, thank you for excellent customer service
This is not a place for a quiet pint. The music is loud but doesn't spoil the experience. Mixed clientele some young some older. We shared a pizza, which was really lovely. Authentic pizza Italian style. We had a couple of beers each from the 6 on offer. All good and varied. IPA, Porter, Lagrer etc all on offer. Enjoyable and recommended. Quite central on old town.
Great breakfast - pancakes with salmon. Hot chocolate can be milk chocolate or dark chocolate. Opted for dark chocolate and it was incredibly rich! Highly recommended.
Very modern interior design and friendly staff! Breakfast was great, eggs benedict were super fine! They also have a vegan menu, so there is something for everyone! Eggs, ham, salads and freshly squeezed orange juice ! The portions are big enough for everyone! Everyday they serve fresh and homemade cakes
I guess that the staff is used to have a busy days at the place because the waitresses didn't pay much attention when we asked someone something. The waitresses at our table were changing a lot and never spent much time with us so my hesitating friend didn't have her space. Because of this, it's better to have your order in advance so you just spit it out when it's the time. Prices goes hand in hand with the location and the fame of the place. What is the interesting is a wide range of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. E.g. there are some lemonades prepared from tea syrup. This I find interesting. Tapped water is for everyone at bar for free. It's possible to pay with a card.
