If you are to deal with this store note that they do not pay their suppliers and leave bills unpaid, lie in responses to requests for payment and ignore contact from us and our legal representatives. Deal with them at your peril!. But best avoided, for both customers and suppliers, they are liars..

Bought Ulster coat. Value for the money!!!
Absolutely AWFUL experience dealing with the shop. Ordered a pair of Novesta trainers on the 4th of April only to find out 5 WEEKS later that my order has not even been dispatched. No communication, I had to chase them constantly and always be promised 'it's going to be dispatched this week' kind of thing, yet never happened. After 5 weeks of waiting I asked to cancel my order and issue a refund and the money has still not been retuned to me, that's 11 days that I'm waiting now. What a HORRIBLE experience, I will be reporting you to European Consumer Center. I do not understand if you just do not care about your customers or if it's just a plain scam.

Rádi bychom touto cestou upozornili všechny společnosti, které se chystají spolupracovat s panem Raksany, aby byly připravany na skutečnost, že výše uvedený pán neplní závazky vůči svým dodavatelům. Bohužel platební politika není silnou stránkou a proto jsme ukončili spolupráci! Stále máme neuhrazenou fakturaci a opakované odpovědi typu "již jsem zaplatil nebo uhradím dnes" jsou již k smíchu.
