We have purchased high end Wellis product, Everest whirlpool. The thermo cover started to leak and blight occurred massively. After technical inspection we got promised 6 months ago to have it replaced within guarantee, every month it is delayed and now we received information, it can ( may be ) be delivered in Jan 2021!!! (i.e in 6 months), we can not use such expensive whirlpool for 6 months and now we still can not see the end of it. HUGE DISSAPONTMENT!
