These guys don’t actually make electricity. They just insert themselves between the power plant and you and skim some cash for doing nothing. They used to be a monopoly, now they are still a monopoly.

Worst company in terms on customer support, power cuts out at least 10 times a year without exception, usualy takes 10 hours to fix and even after sending numerous emails about this issue, they don't seem to care, after calling them the fourth time in that day, i was told to \send us an email\, if you can, stay far clear of them !
