Extremely unpleasant staff with noses high up in the air. The moment I looked at staff, the whole excitement in me went right down the drain. I couldn't wait to get OUT OF THERE!!! Too proud, I absolutely have no idea of what they are so proud of, to even say a nice little polite HELLO!!! Unbelievable. Absolute disaster. Will never ever come back again. Not worth your hard earned money. Go where people appreciate you not where they hate you for simply coming in, which is the impression I got from this place. People mean money, but people in this place don't seem to get it. Minus 100 stars. Do I recommend this place? NO; AVOID IT!

I wanted to go for wellness and massage for my anniversary, but couldnt reach anyone via phone (massages can be ordered only via phone). I called several times. The line was obviously turned off. So we came personally and asked how can I order massage, the lady scolded me off like a little child, I felt so uncomfortable, that we decided not to go to the sauna and left.
