I needed a new passport because mine expired long time ago. As with our governmental institutions, I was expecting a long waiting time and a disgruntled old lady behind the counter. What happened was exactly the opposite. I came around 1.5 hr before the center closed. I've waiting for 10 minutes and went to the counter. The lady there was very kind, and I went out within next 10 minutes. I was very pleasantly surprised. Thumbs up and thank you!

Spent half day waiting to request new vehicle registration certificate (lost). Once they messed up my request I spent another half day to resolve the issue. Basically 8 hours for something, that can be mailed to me easily without me ever setting foot in that building.

Very good place for public services. Everything you need from id, car registration, company registration, ... modern and nice, even with public toilets inside. You pick your number, take a seat and wait till your number apears on one of the displays. Very convenient.

Me and my wife needed to leave just one paper request on cadastral office, and when long-haired sir returned late from lunch break didnt want to accept it, because \he just offers informations\ and continued on browsing facebook or whatever. We had to leave, because we were already too long away from our work and this guy was apparently too busy to accept one letter. I recommend to choose more willing people and let these go

Prepare yourself for long queues, uncertain process. I suggest to take half day off work when going there.
