What a newspeak. If I as a client don't like the services (being taxed and regulated), can I stop using the services? One out of 6 counters open, while two ladies who are chit-chatting at the reception, doing nothing.

THIS is the exact location where underpaid, bitter and in all probability ex-communist government staff take personal pride and pleasure in making people's life complicated by systematically applying an overzealous interpretation of the law, often in the strictest sense possible, as they see fit on that specific day. This usually involves in the best case unrealistic requirements for personal, officially-stamped and officially-translated letters for even the most simple things, and in the worse case, it involves nailing citizens into a circular logic where one official paper is required to obtain the other, and vice versa. Taking a step back, it is a rather interesting cultural experience which should really be put on film for posterity. In practice, the lack of respect and arrogance they express for their fellow citizens means they deserve no respect themselves. In my humble opinion, they should simply be paid to stay home: these people are a nuisance to civilised and efficient society. On a more professional note, my recommendation would be a retraining program for all staff and a major overhaul and digitization of all processes: staff should be taught to understand the spirit of the law, rather than trying to apply it both strictly and blindly, and be taught to exercise judgement based on 'trust until proven guilty', rather than the opposite. This is 2019 after all, not 1989.

Tiez mam len dobre skusenosti, funguje to rychlo (obcas vsak nefunguje el. system, ale nahradza ho ochotna pani). Riesil som DI a Matriku. Pomohli mi aj vyplnit tlacivo a vobec sa dlho necaka.

Perfektne zorganizovane klientske centrum kde sa daju vsetky zalezitosti vybavit rychlo a efektivne. Zatial len dobre skusenosti, taktiez pracovnici su vzdy ochotni a ustretovi vsetko vybavit aj s osobitym zretetelom na obcana. Nechapem negativne komentare. Klientske centrum zlepsilo vybavovanie oproti starym pracoviskam o 1000%

Dopravný inšpektorát - z 11 voľných pracovísk iba 2 obsluhovali klientov. O 9:30 už nefunkčný systém na tlač lístkov. Možnosť rezervácie cez internet takisto nefunkčná od rána. Doslova birokraticky horor. Pracovníčka mi tvrdila ,že mi mali dať tlačivo,ktoré som nikdy nedostal. Inak neochota podať relevantné informácie. Parkovanie v takom celkom peknom a veľkom komplexe je na zaplakanie. Veľa šťastia a trpezlivosti pri vybavovaní.

Úrad dopravy a dopravný inšpektorát katastrofa, za prihlásenie auta platite veľké peniaze a len hľadajú dôvody ako niečo neurobit a skomplikovat. Bol som tam asi 5x a iba raz som tam natrafil na normálnu pracovnicku.
