Nice area, rooms are clean and big just enough and really huge balcony. There is nice playground for children. I had problem with signal on my mobile, however WiFi is available everywhere (free for hotel clients). There is a small wellness with jacuzzi, small swimming pool and several saunas. Tennis court is available as well. Negative point was the slowness of personal, it takes forever to get anything and food was of average quality

Very positive and willing to help recepcionist and personnel. Only 5 km from Dolny Kubin main railway station. Taxi for 5 eur to the hotel (421910801801). Clean rooms. 12 eur for visiting swimming pool and sauna for 2 hours per person. 6 eur breakfast, 10 eur dinner per person. Massage whole body is 35 eur for 60 minutes, more intense one is 24 eur for 30 minutes.
Nice hotel deep in nature
Nice place, full of nice people - I mean staff (always smiling, and willing to help if needed). Clean and comfortable rooms, very quiet place, with nice view (mountain side). Also mountain side have big balcony with chair and table for the best relax in Orava nature (enjoying your coffee, or just sitting is enjoying the view) . You can also use biliard, table football. But the best is wellness - there is small pool, 3 types of sauna (infra, Finnish, steam) and also bubble relax pool. Wellness was clean and looks like after renovation works. Next to the wellness is multi-function playground (basket, football...). Quality of food was standart - I mean nothing extra for me (I am used to high quality homemade food) , but nothing bad. What was very good was that, if you order lunch or dinner, staff will serve you directly from the "oven" - hot and fresh (Wienersnitzel was fresh and crunchy) Breakfast was buffet. What was extra, it was the beer . Parking is directly behind the hotel. And it was free of charge for guests. So thank you Holiday hotel Orava, see you next time.
Average accommodations, you can choose between hotel room, apartment and bungalows. wellness only afternoons in 2 hour turns, pool is quite small. The surrounding is nice. Beware, almost no coverage for mobile phones. Wifi below average, low speed.
A hidden gem. REALLY off the beaten track but well worth a visit. We have only been here for snacks and drinks but I believe it would be a first location for a wedding venue too. A truly beautiful location.
Nice quiet place in the nature, about 10 minutes with car from the city centre.
